This solution worked for, however that article listed Samsung Pay Framework, my phone show Gear VR service is consuming lot of battery so I have toggled batter optimization for both.
How to reduce Samsung Pay Framework battery usage
- Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Pay Framework > Battery
- Toggle Battery Optimization to ‘Not Optimized’ (Note, you may not see all apps, just switch drop down to "All apps" from "Apps not optimized" to list all)
- Alternatively disabling or deleting the application may help with battery consumption
